Why Support Us?
Since 2022, we’ve been breaking down barriers to accessing counselling services and reducing mental health stigma. At its core, mental health can impact everyone – there's no 'us' or 'them' divide. We all struggle.
Everything we do at Just Us is driven by our commitment to offer proactive, barrier-free counselling to any New Brunswicker in need. Our counselling programs consist of three free one-hour sessions, with the option to continue beyond that at $20 per appointment. We never want to turn anyone away from receiving mental health counselling – but we need your support to ensure that doesn’t happen.
Our free and low-cost counselling programs are only made possible with the help of corporate donors like you. With your assistance, we can continue to destigmatize mental health struggles through education, advocacy, and services.
Thank You To Last Year’s Sponsors & Donors
