A Sweet Night for Mental Health is back!

We are so excited to share that A Sweet Night for Mental Health is back for its third year in a row! Mark your calendars for Friday, November 20, 2026 at 6:30pm at the beautiful Lily Lake Pavilion in Saint John.

Last year we raised an astonishing $57,000 (almost double our inaugural year's total), and we hope this year will be the best yet! Every dollar that we raise goes towards offering free and low-cost counselling to people across New Brunswick.

Why It Matters

Since 2022, Just Us has been working to break down barriers to mental health care. We believe there’s no “us” and “them” when it comes to mental health — we all struggle, and we all deserve support.

Our counselling programs include three free one-hour sessions, with the option to continue for just $20 per session. This model ensures that no one is turned away because of cost. But to sustain this work, we rely on the generosity of donors, community partners and events like A Sweet Night for Mental Health.

By attending, you’re helping ensure that free and low-cost counselling remains available to individuals and families in Saint John, Fredericton, and virtually across the province.
