A Sweet Night for Mental Health Returns This November

We are so excited to share that A Sweet Night for Mental Health is back for its second year! Mark your calendars for Friday, November 21, 2025 at 6:30pm at the beautiful Lily Lake Pavilion in Saint John.

Last year, you helped us raise over $30,000 — the equivalent of more than 1,500 free therapy sessions for people across New Brunswick. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to expand our reach and ensure more people had access to the support they needed, when they needed it most.

This year, we can’t wait to come together again for another unforgettable evening filled with sweet indulgence and meaningful impact.

Why It Matters

Since 2022, Just Us has been working to break down barriers to mental health care. We believe there’s no “us” and “them” when it comes to mental health — we all struggle, and we all deserve support.

Our counselling programs include three free one-hour sessions, with the option to continue for just $20 per session. This model ensures that no one is turned away because of cost. But to sustain this work, we rely on the generosity of donors, community partners, and events like A Sweet Night for Mental Health.

By attending, you’re helping ensure that free and low-cost counselling remains available to individuals and families in Saint John, Fredericton, and virtually across the province.
