While counselling is an important part of ongoing care, there are also free crisis supports available across New Brunswick — people ready to listen, support and guide you to safety when you need it most.
At Just Us, we believe mental health care should be accessible and barrier-free. That’s why we want to share some of the key resources you can turn to if you need immediate help.

Some regions in New Brunswick, including Saint John and Fredericton, have mobile crisis response teams. Counselling is also preventative—it gives you tools to identify challenges early, build coping strategies and strengthen your resilience so that future crises can be avoided or better managed.
At Just Us, we provide three free one-hour counselling sessions, with the option to continue for just $20 per session. We offer support in Saint John, Fredericton and virtually across New Brunswick. Our goal is to make sure no one is ever turned away when they need someone to talk to.
